Terms and Conditions governing your use of this website.
1.1 All products on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available within our local delivery areas. Listed below.
1.2 Flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
1.3 Flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous (lilies in particular can be extremely toxic to cats). Please do not eat the flowers or plants.
1.4 All products are subject to seasonal availability. In the event of supply difficulties, Millefiori Flowers - Amesbury reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
1.5 In the event that we are unable to supply or substitute all or part of your order at all, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 14 days after the intended delivery/collection date.

1.8 Selected products are not available for same day delivery or other special delivery services. Further information regarding product availability and delivery options will be confirmed with you when placing your order
2.1 Prices listed within Millefiori Flowers - Amesbury - www.floristsamesbury.co.uk are valid for a maximum of 14 days from submitting your order.
2.2 Prices include VAT for deliveries within the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
2.3 Except where stated product prices exclude Millefiori Flowers - Amesbury - Local Delivery Charge of an additional £4.95.
2.4 Product prices for items requiring delivery outside of the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands exclude transmission or delivery charges an additional £9.95.
2.5 Please note that from time to time, product and delivery prices on www.floristsamesbury.co.uk may vary to those offered in our Online Shop or when ordering by phone.
2.6 If you order flowers and gifts for the same delivery address, for the same delivery date only one charge will apply.
2.7 All our prices are quoted in GBP sterling.
WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD DETAILS NOR DO WE SHARE CUSTOMER DETAILS WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES.
3.1 To effect delivery on the date required for Floral Arrangements, Wine, Champagne, Chocolates or Gifts - Millefiori Flowers- Amesbury require complete and accurate details of the recipient, including a full name, address details including postcode and contact telephone number.
3.2 Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given and payment cleared by the Merchant Service Provider we use who are currently Shopify, Paypal and Worldpay all secure payment gateways. We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards and Paypal Account transactions, your payment is processed as soon as we receive your order,
3.2a ORDER CANCELLATIONS - within our cancellation terms will incur a minimum administration charge of 3% to cover charges imposed by the Merchant Services Companies we use to process your payment.

3.6 Order for alcohol products can not be accepted from customers or be delivered to any recipient under the age of 18 years.

We aim to complete the requested product or substitution for delivery. We are at liberty to reimburse or compensate for a failed delivery. 4. Delivery and Delivery Charges.
LOCAL DELIVERY AREAS COVERED BY Millefiori Flowers - Amesbury.
4.1 All Product Prices include VAT but EXCLUDE our delivery charges. Same Day Local £4.95- Same Day 3 Hour £9.95- Next Day Local £4.95 Next Day 3 Hour £9.95 - Saturday Local £9.95 - Non-local additional £4.95. Delivery to remote rural areas will be advised of additional delivery costs.
4.2 Deliveries are NOTmade on Sundays or Bank Holidays (Mothers Day is the only exception and subject to specific delivery charges). International Orders can not be processed by this website please telephone for details.
4.3 We do not guarantee delivery times, the AM or PM preference is just that - a preference only. If the order is for a funeral then the item is delivered to the Funeral Directors 1-2 hours before the time given.( It is generally considered unacceptable to send funeral pieces to the home address). We will always try to adhere to preferences wherever possible.

There are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including:
CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping
Perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidy such as food and FLOWERS.
Tailor-made or personalised goods.
Underwear and earrings.
5.1 The customer has the right to cancel an order without reason for Wine, Champagne and other non-perishable goods no later than seven working days later than the order date, payments made by card will incur a handling charge of 3% for our admin and to cover processing charges levied by Merchant Service Companies used to process your payment.
5.2 The customer does NOT have the right to cancel an order without reason for Perishable Bouquets and Floral Arrangements before the required delivery date, payments made by card will incur a handling charge of 3% for our admin and to cover processing charges levied by Merchant Service Companies used to process your payment.

Our address in Amesbury is 29 Church Street, SP4 7EU All our flowers are always delivered by us in our vehicles. Collections of flowers are available by arrangement only. Flowers are made in our Potting Shed in the Walled Garden.

If we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine, a suitable replacement or refund may be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
